By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the services, applications, software, and web portals accessible via https://navgyan.in (collectively, the "Portal" or "Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement governed exclusively by SanghTech ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), registered and operated in India.

The terms "User", "Student", "You", and "Your" refer to any individual learner, parent, legal guardian, educator, or entity who registers, accesses, attempts test papers, or uses any digital features of Navgyan.

Educational & Self-Evaluation Purpose Only: Navgyan is exclusively an online, self-paced practice and skill-assessment environment. All chapter quizzes, test papers, timed mock tests, scoring rubrics, and automated evaluations are designed strictly for student self-testing, practice, and educational revision.

• Purely Symbolic Metrics: All test marks (positive marks, negative marks), passing/failing statuses (Pass/Fail), speed meters, overall rankings, state percentiles, and leaderboard positions are purely symbolic and internal algorithmic simulations. They carry zero academic equivalence, zero official certification, and zero legal standing.
• No Examination Equivalence or Selection Guarantee: Navgyan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited as an official testing agency for any Board of Secondary Education (such as RBSE, CBSE, ICSE), State Government, Central Government, or competitive examination board. Performance on Navgyan provides zero guarantee of school marks, board examination scores, entrance test selection, or academic admission.
• Absolute Disclaimer of Academic Outcomes: SanghTech and Navgyan bear zero liability for any perceived loss of marks in real-world examinations, failure to qualify for any competitive stream, or emotional/academic dissatisfaction.

Special Advisory for Minor Students (Under 18 Years): Our academic test packages and quizzes are designed primarily for school-going students in Classes 5 through 10. Because users under 18 years of age are legal minors under the Indian Contract Act, 1872:

• Mandatory Parental Guidance & Supervision: Minor students must access, browse, attempt tests, and utilize Navgyan strictly under the active supervision, guidance, and informed consent of their parents or legal guardians.
• Parental Due Diligence Prior to Purchase: Parents and legal guardians are strongly advised to personally examine the syllabus, chapter coverage, sample test papers, pricing, validity, and these Terms & Conditions prior to purchasing any subscription or enrolling their child in any test package.
• Accuracy of Registration Details: Users and their guardians are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration (including full name, age, gender, residential address, 10-digit mobile number, Board, Language Medium, and Class) is 100% accurate, complete, and authentic. SanghTech bears zero liability for any profile mismatches, test paper ineligibilities, or account locking resulting from incorrect, fictitious, or outdated data entered by the user.

Compilation & Source Disclaimer: The multiple-choice questions, options, answer keys, chapter hints, and explanatory solutions on Navgyan are compiled, curated, and adapted from standard educational textbooks, publicly accessible syllabi, past examination archives, public domain sources, and reference materials.

• Zero Warranty of 100% Infallibility: While reasonable editorial care is exercised, we do not warrant or guarantee that all questions, options, or answer keys are 100% error-free, exhaustive, or undisputed. Occasional typographical errors, clerical mistakes, curriculum variations, or pedagogical differences of opinion may exist.
• Repetition & Shuffling of Questions: Users expressly acknowledge that questions within chapter test papers or randomized mock sets may be repeated, shuffled, re-ordered, or re-categorized over time as part of our dynamic learning algorithms.
• Sole Discretion & Zero Content Liability: Users attempt all practice questions at their own independent discretion. Under no circumstances shall SanghTech, Navgyan, its content creators, academic contributors, or management be held legally or financially liable for any alleged errors, inaccuracies, or disputes in question papers or scoring keys.

Sole Authorized Payment Channels: All official payments for academic test packages, test series, or subscriptions must be initiated and completed strictly through the authorized electronic payment gateways integrated directly on the official SSL-secured website (navgyan.in).

• Zero Liability for Offline / Personal Cash Transactions: Under no circumstances is SanghTech or Navgyan responsible or liable for any money, cash, or digital payments handed over or transferred to any individual, agent, advisor, or unauthorized third party.
• No Account Activation or Refund for Unofficial Payments: SanghTech will not activate any student account, unlock test papers, or issue any refunds for payments made outside our official portal gateway. The user and parent assume 100% financial and legal risk for any unofficial transactions.

Third-Party Cloud Infrastructure: The Navgyan platform, digital testing engines, databases, and media storage are hosted and distributed on third-party cloud data centers, internet service providers (ISPs), and telecommunication networks.

• "As Is" and "As Available" Service: Services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime, instantaneous latency, or continuous operation.
• Zero Liability for Regional / ISP Outages: SanghTech and Navgyan bear zero liability or responsibility if the portal experiences downtime, latency, test submission delays, or regional inaccessibility in any specific state, district, city, tehsil, or telecom network due to ISP technical problems, local internet shutdowns, fiber cuts, or cloud provider maintenance.
• Unilateral Right to Modify or Terminate: Navgyan reserves the absolute unilateral right to update, modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate the portal (navgyan.in) or any specific test series, feature, or chapter at any time for operational, technical, or legal reasons without prior notice or compensation obligation.

Cloud Security & Intermediary Safe Harbor: SanghTech implements standard enterprise firewalls, data encryption, and access controls to maintain portal integrity. However, due to the inherent nature of the global internet, no cloud system is completely immune to sophisticated external cyberattacks.

• Zero Civil & Criminal Liability for Unauthorized Injections: In the rare and unforeseen event of unauthorized third-party intrusion, malicious server hacking, DNS spoofing, cyber vandalism, code injection, or malware deployment wherein unauthorized, defamatory, objectionable, derogatory, or vulgar material is maliciously posted or altered on the portal without the knowledge or consent of SanghTech:
  Statutory Declaration: Such unauthorized content does NOT reflect the intentions, morals, ethics, curriculum, or policies of Navgyan or SanghTech. Under Section 79 of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (Intermediary Safe Harbor Protection), SanghTech and its directors hold absolute zero civil and criminal liability for unauthorized unlawful third-party cyber tampering.
• Immediate Takedown & Grievance Protocol: If any student, parent, or visitor observes any corrupted, suspicious, or inappropriate content on the portal, they are requested to notify our security desk immediately at care@navgyan.in and care@sanghtech.com. Upon receipt, our engineering team will take immediate corrective action to purge the unauthorized content and restore system integrity.
• User Indemnification: Users and their guardians agree not to file any police complaints, frivolous litigations, or compensation claims against SanghTech or Navgyan for criminal actions perpetrated by unknown external hackers or cyber attackers.

Display of Advertisements: Users acknowledge and agree that Navgyan reserves the right to display third-party educational advertisements, commercial banners, institutional promotions, and sponsored partner links across various free or paid pages of the platform.

• No Endorsement: The presence of any third-party advertisement or external hyperlink on Navgyan does not constitute an endorsement, verification, warranty, or recommendation by SanghTech.
• User Discretion: Navgyan bears zero responsibility for the quality, claims, accuracy, pricing, or safety of any goods, services, or courses offered by external advertisers. Any interactions, clicks, or financial transactions with third-party advertisers are conducted solely between you and the respective advertiser at your own risk.

Limited Educational License: Subject to compliance with these Terms, SanghTech grants each registered user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and attempt test papers on Navgyan solely for non-commercial individual educational revision.

• Strict Intellectual Property Rights: All question sets, test papers, software code, branding assets, database schemas, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of SanghTech protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
• Prohibited Actions (Zero Tolerance): Users shall not:
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract questions, options, or answers using automated bots, spiders, or scrapers.
  • Screen-record, photocopy, screenshot in bulk, publish, or redistribute test content on WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, or public forums.
  • Commercialize, print, or resell Navgyan test papers in private coaching institutes, tuition centers, or commercial print shops.
  • Share, sell, or rent account login credentials to multiple individuals.
• Remedies for Breach: Violation of this EULA shall result in immediate account termination with complete forfeiture of subscription fees, accompanied by civil and criminal statutory damage claims under applicable intellectual property laws.

As Navgyan delivers digital academic content, question databases, and instant computerized evaluation algorithms upon payment, our refund guidelines are governed strictly by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Strict 24-Hour Cut-off: Refund requests must be lodged strictly within 24 hours of successful payment via official portal support channels. Requests received after 24 hours are permanently barred.
• Mandatory Written Refund Request ID: An official written Refund Request ID issued by our support team is mandatory for any claim consideration.
• Processing Window: Verification is conducted strictly between Monday and Friday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST.
• Statutory Deductions: Approved refunds are issued after deducting platform convenience fees, payment gateway transaction charges (2–3%), and administrative/operational expenses.
• Offline Payments Excluded: Cash, offline, or unauthorized payments made to any individual are strictly non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, the total, aggregate, and cumulative liability of SanghTech, Navgyan, its founders, directors, employees, and authorized affiliates for any and all claims, disputes, damages, losses, or legal causes of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, warranty, or statutory breach) arising out of or related to the portal, shall be strictly capped at and limited to:

Exclusive Territorial Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions, all portal transactions, and any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to Navgyan shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Both the user (and guardian) and the Company irrevocably agree that the competent civil courts situated at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have sole, exclusive, and territorial jurisdiction over any and all legal proceedings, lawsuits, consumer complaints, or claims. All other courts outside Jaipur are expressly excluded.
